Shipping Areas
We currently ship across Pakistan. We are working to expand our shipping services internationally.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sale periods, processing may take 3-5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Karachi: Standard delivery (2-3 business days) - PKR 150
Other Major Cities: (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.) - 3-5 business days - PKR 250
Rest of Pakistan: 5-7 business days - PKR 350
Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address, we'll contact you to update details
Delayed Shipping: Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances
Lost Packages: Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within 10 days of shipping confirmation
